CETPA has launched many new initiatives and partnerships, all of which will bring to this its annual conference a wealth of ideas and possibilities. The K-12 educational community is increasingly dependent on the creativity and dedication of IT professionals. This year’s conference will showcase examples, strategies and technologies that IT and Educational Technology organizations can utilize to help create vital and dynamic learning and working environments. The conference will be set in the State's Capitol and the Sacramento facility is well suited to provide an inviting and informative atmosphere for all who attend.
The 2008 CETPA Conference will span four days, November 18th through the 21th. It is over one month later than last year’s conference so make plans soon as all venues should fill up. Our hope is to continue to provide you with a conference agenda in a more user friendly and informative format. To do this we will be contacting vendors and speakers as soon as possible to line up a stellar program for attendees. All venues at the conference will be designed to gain attendees the most amount of time possible to network with colleagues and the vendor community. The Board of Directors of CETPA will take every opportunity to create an experience for attendees that they won’t forget.
The Registration fee includes all sessions, hands-on-labs, tech-talks, general sessions, vendor show, president’s reception and hospitality suites. Continental breakfast is offered on Wednesday and Thursday and a full breakfast on Friday. Lunch is served on Wednesday and Thursday. The President's Reception is offered on Wednesday with complimentary drinks and hors d'ourves.
